About the Journal

‌Innovative Computing Perspectives‌ (ICP) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research in computational innovation, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary technological applications. The journal is published Semi-annually online by Cultech Publishing Sdn. Bhd.

Aim and Scope

Innovative Computing Perspectives prioritizes transformative research at the intersection of computing technologies, including but not limited to AI-driven solutions, quantum computing, human-computer interaction, and ethical AI governance. The journal serves as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, bridging theoretical advancements with real-world applications to address global challenges.

Open Access: This journal operates under a "gold" Open Access model, providing free access to all readers.  The Article Processing Charges (APC) for all article types (research, review, case reports) is $0, and the content will be published under a CC BY 4.0 license. To encourage submissions and support the research community, ICP currently levies no APC (0 APC). For specific APC policies, please refer to the Open Access Policies.

The manuscript processing cycle is approximately 12 weeks from submission to acceptance.
